In this role, you will be tasked with implementing and managing SAP HCM modules to support client business processes, leading end-to-end HRIS Implementation projects to ensure timely delivery and successful deployment, and providing ongoing support and troubleshooting to address system issues effectively. Conducting training sessions and workshops to enhance user competence and optimize system utilization will also be part of your responsibilities, along with collaborating with client teams to refine processes in Time Management and Personnel Administration. Furthermore, you will analyze organizational needs and configure appropriate solutions in Organizational Management, as well as support the migration of data from legacy systems to ensure data integrity and completeness.
