Data migration assistant manager

As a Data Migration Assistant Manager, your role involves leading the design and implementation of a configuration-driven data migration framework on the Azure cloud platform. This framework will be utilized for multiple client data migration engagements, aiding in the transition of data from legacy ERP, HCM, or CRM systems to cloud-based solutions. The technology stack will include Azure Data Lake, Synapse, Spark, Python, and PowerBI. Key Responsibilities: - Design and implement a configuration-driven data migration framework on Azure cloud platform - Utilize Azure technologies such as Azure Data Lake, Synapse, Spark, Python, and PowerBI - Perform comprehensive data profiling to identify data quality concerns - Extract, transform, and load data from legacy systems to target system - Support business and technical data reconciliation processes for successful migration Qualifications Required: - Expertise in Azure Data Migration ETL Services - Strong knowledge of migration methodologies - Experience in providing technical leadership and delivery oversight of data migration implementations - Ability to ensure quality in technical components and introduce best practices - Collaboration with stakeholders to define data migration goals, delivery timelines, and success criteria In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful implementation of data migration projects from the India delivery center.
