And that starts with finding the right talent to help us get there. Qualifications Required Skills: Solid understanding of statistical methods, hypothesis testing, and predictive modeling techniques. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and generate actionable insights. Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders effectively. Proficiency in data analysis tools and programming languages such as SQL, Python, R, or similar. Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on data accuracy and integrity. The ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Required Experience : 1-3 years of experience Proven experience as a digital data analyst or similar role, with a strong track record of leveraging data to drive business outcomes. Hands-on experience with digital analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, etc.) and familiarity with tag management systems. Required Education: Bachelors degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field. Masters degree preferred.
