Job Description

Role Overview: The Data, Measurement and Analytics team at Google plays a crucial role in the advertising business by helping clients understand the impact and value of their campaigns. As a member of this team, you will serve as a trusted advisor and consultant, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to create and implement measurement strategies using Google's data and technology. Your insights will enhance advertising effectiveness, drive business outcomes, and support cross-functional collaboration with advertisers, sales teams, and Product specialists. Key Responsibilities: - Cultivate strong relationships with key client stakeholders, gaining insights into their business objectives and measurement requirements. - Develop tailored measurement frameworks and strategies for clients, utilizing various methodologies and Google's measurement solutions. Analyze campaign performance data using statistical techniques and causal inference to derive actionable recommendations. - Plan and conduct A/B and multivariate tests to optimize campaign performance, showcasing the value of different media channels and tactics. - Collaborate closely with Google Sales, Product, and Engineering teams to ensure alignment and drive product innovation. - Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices in measurement, sharing knowledge and insights with clients and internal stakeholders through presentations, workshops, and thought leadership content. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. - 8 years of experience in media analytics, advertising sales, digital media and marketing, consulting, or financial analysis. - Ability to travel for client meetings and training, as required. - Preferred qualifications include 9 years of experience in analytics, marketing technology, advertising sales, digital media and marketing, consulting, or financial analysis in a customer-facing role. - Proficiency in SQL, R, or Python. - Familiarity with Google's measurement products (Google Ads, Google Analytics, Firebase) and leading third-party platforms like Adobe Omniture, Appsflyer, etc. - Understanding of digital advertising metrics, methodologies, and technologies such as attribution, geo-experiments, incrementality, and online-to-offline measurement. - Strong problem-solving skills in statistical analysis and data visualization.,
