We are looking for a skilled Data Lead to design, implement, and manage data pipelines and real-time data processing solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with cloud platforms, data technologies, and tools like Snowflake, Apache Airflow, Kafka, and real-time streaming technologies. Key Responsibilities : Build and manage scalable data pipelines and real-time streaming data solutions. Work with cross-functional teams to ensure data is accessible for analytics and business intelligence. Optimize data workflows for high performance and reliability. Implement cloud-based solutions using AWS, Azure, or GCP. Lead and mentor a team of data engineers, ensuring best practices are followed. Troubleshoot data pipeline issues and improve data system performance. Must-Have Skills : Programming : Python (preferred), Java, or Scala. Cloud : AWS (preferred), Azure, or GCP. Data Warehousing : Snowflake. Data Orchestration : Apache Airflow (preferred), Prefect, or Dagster. Messaging/Streaming : Kafka (preferred), AWS SQS, or Google Cloud Pub/Sub. Real-Time Processing : Apache Flink (preferred), Apache Spark Streaming, or Kafka Streams.

Azure Expertise: The architect should have experience in architecting large scale analytics solutions using native services such as Azure Synapse, Data Lake, Data Factory, HDInsight, Databricks, Azure Cognitive Services, Azure ML, Azure Event Hub. Work with customers, end users, technical architects, and application designers to define the data requirements and data structure for BI/Analytic/ solutions Designs conceptual and logical models for the data lake, data warehouse, data mart, and semantic layer (data structure, storage, and integration). Lead the database analysis, design, and build effort Expert in big data technologies on Azure/GCP Experience with ETL platform like ADF / Glue / Ab Initio/ Informatica / Talend / Airflow Experience in data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI etc. 3+ years of experience in a data engineering, metadata management, database modelling and development role Strong experience in handling streaming data with kafka Understanding of Data APIs, Web services Experience in Data security and Data Archiving/Backup, Encryption and define the standard processes for same. Job Description : Responsibilities : Data Leadership and Strategy - Act as the senior-most data expert on the project, overseeing data-related tasks and ensuring alignment with the overall HR Transformation goals. - Develop and implement a comprehensive data strategy document, in collaboration with project stakeholders, that outlines the approach for data extraction, transformation, and loading. - Provide regular updates and insights on data progress, risks, and mitigation plans to the Deployment Lead and Solution Architect. Project and Team Management - Lead a team of two Senior Data Analysts, each managing an analyst, to support data tasks across various project phases. - Ensure alignment with Functional Leads across Core HR, Reward, Recruitment, Absence, Time Tracking, and Payroll, as well as with the Integration and Security Leads. Data Migration and Transformation - Oversee data migration from legacy HR platforms, including Workday and other systems, to our centralized HR platform. - Develop data quality checkpoints and validation processes to maintain data accuracy and consistency throughout each phase. - Manage multiple prototypes, progressively refining data accuracy to ensure successful deployment. Collaboration and Stakeholder Management - Work closely with Functional, Integration, and Security leads to align data requirements with functional processes. - Act as a key point of contact for data-related questions, aligning expectations across multiple countries and functional areas. Continuous Improvement - Implement data governance best practices to ensure high standards of data quality, security, and compliance. - Identify opportunities to enhance data processes and tools that improve project delivery and long-term data integrity.
