The tasks include (but not limited to) audit vendor submissions to meet client's catalog standards, interacting or coordinating with suppliers/manufacturers, identifying and correcting errors/complaints, maintaining records of work received and performed. Handle daily volumes of the assigned tasks and ensure that the given SLA are met per the quality standards. 2. Maintain records of day-to-day work by updating the trackers to reflect work done. 3. Demonstrate excellent time management skills. 4. If there is a possible default on SLAs or quality, flag the escalation in time to the manager or lead. 5. Interacting and collaborating with suppliers or merchants to accurately reflect the product information in the client catalog. 6. Willingness to take initiatives and responsibilities. Requirements: 1. Must be flexible to meet business requirements. 2. Bachelor's degree in any discipline. 3. Proficient in MS Office tools. 4. Strong written and oral communication skills in English is critical for the role. 5. Strong business communication skills to communicate with internal or external stakeholders clearly and concisely. 6. Good logical thinking and problem-solving ability. 7. Ability to understand a problem, perform root cause analysis and identify constraints to recommend a solution. 8.
