Qualifications: - University degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Physics, Chemistry, or related field. - 10+ years of experience in Data Management, preferably implementing data governance frameworks in complex data landscapes. - Excellent communication skills to explain data governance concepts and drive assessments within Siemens Energy. - Expertise in Data Governance, Master Data Management, Data Quality Management, Metadata Management, Data Architecture, and Data Security practices. - Proficiency in designing processes to embed data management in technology landscapes. - Strong facilitation and problem-solving skills, with experience in large data governance programs. - Familiarity with data management solutions like Data Catalogs and Data Quality tools. - Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a dynamic environment.
