In this role, you will play an active part in accelerating the company's Big Data and Analytics environment, contributing to Digital initiatives aimed at enhancing, automating, and accelerating the implementation of master data management, adoption of big data platforms, data excellence and data dictionary evolution, data security, and business intelligence and analytics. You will collaborate with different business units of the company and team members distributed between Paris, Grenoble, Bangalore, and Barcelona. As a Product Support Engineer, you will be responsible for monitoring, troubleshooting application software issues, and coordinating with customers and internal teams to resolve issues.
