Job Description

You are a Technical Lead with 5 to 8 years of experience in o9 Supply Chain Master Planning and related technologies, specifically o9 Integrated Business Planning Demand Planning and Supply Chain Analytics. In this role, you will work in a hybrid model with a focus on day shifts, necessitating strong English language skills. Your responsibilities will include leading the design and implementation of o9 Supply Chain Master Planning solutions, integrating o9 Integrated Business Planning and Demand Planning modules, and offering technical expertise in o9 Supply Chain Analytics to facilitate data-driven decision-making. You will also be tasked with developing and maintaining Python scripts and PL/SQL queries, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and using Generative AI to enhance supply chain processes. Furthermore, you will conduct analysis and troubleshooting of o9 MEIO, guide the team in adopting best practices for o9 platform usage, and ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions meeting client requirements. Facilitating workshops and training sessions, monitoring project progress, and working closely with clients in the Industrial Manufacturing and Automotive Industry to customize solutions will also be part of your role. You should possess strong technical skills in o9 Supply Chain Master Planning and related modules, proficiency in Python and PL/SQL, experience in Generative AI applications within supply chain contexts, excellent English communication skills, familiarity with Industrial Manufacturing and Automotive Industry domains, and the ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model. A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement is also essential. Certifications required for this role include being an o9 Certified Professional, holding Python Certification, and possessing PL/SQL Certification.,
