Prioritise, track, report and steer monthly and quarterly product releases. 3. Conduct impact analysis for product enhancements and amendments 4. Review functional test cases and other test artifacts. 5. Communicate effectively with Product Managers, Developers & QA Area 2: Customer Service 1. Be the first point of contact for clients communicate through calls or emails within 8 hours. 2. Assist in testing fixes required for reported faults, including tests for change impact. 3. Role & responsibilities Manage day-to-day operations of the HRIS (Darwinbox), including system configurations, updates, and workflow customizations. Support the implementation of new modules, functionalities, or process enhancements within the HRIS platform. Collaborate with internal HR teams and cross-functional stakeholders to understand system needs and recommend automation or improvements. Analyze HR data, generate reports, and provide actionable insights to support decision-making. Maintain data accuracy and integrity across all HR systems. Provide support in HR operations activities such as onboarding, documentation, and data audits. Coordinate with the payroll team to ensure timely and accurate data sharing for payroll processing. Troubleshoot HRIS issues and liaise with the tech support/vendor teams when needed. Preferred candidate profile 2-5 years of experience managing or supporting HRIS platforms (Darwin Box experience preferred). Strong analytical mindset with experience in workflow creation, modification, and system optimization. Understanding of core HR operations processes; prior exposure to payroll is a plus. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
