You will be part of a team of over 130 data consultants, each with diverse profiles, covering a wide range of data issues and enriching each other's experiences. You will have the opportunity to work in a 600m innovation lab dedicated to Data, being the global leader in innovation and supply chain consulting, and working with an experienced team dedicated to excellence in guiding projects and helping you grow. You will work on a variety of projects for major national and international clients. As a Consultant specializing in Data Governance and Data Management at EY Data & Analytics, your responsibilities will include: - Supporting clients in designing, defining, and implementing their Data Governance and Data Management initiatives. - Operationally participating in Data Governance and Data Management initiatives by collaborating with clients to establish data governance and management strategies, activities, processes, and necessary tools. - Leading teams and workshops for co-creation and evangelization, such as identifying data use cases with business units for inclusion in the data roadmap and creating governance actor networks. - Assisting clients in understanding Data Governance and Data Management and raising awareness about the importance of these topics. - Identifying appropriate technological solutions for client needs and supporting clients in their implementation. - Contributing to the selection and implementation of tools such as Data Catalogs, Data Marketplaces, Master Data Management (MDM) solutions, and overall Data Quality tools. - Conducting technological watch activities and facilitating knowledge-sharing sessions by sharing your internal experiences. The ideal candidate for this role should have at least 4 years of experience in a consulting firm focusing on Data Governance and Data Management. You should have practical and successful experience implementing data governance in organizations and possess functional and technical skills in leading market solutions. Additionally, you should be able to support data offices, Chief Data Officers, business units, and operational stakeholders, while effectively communicating and providing long-term guidance. Autonomy, pragmatism, and a passion for sharing experiences lively are key attributes for success in this role.
