The ideal candidate for this position should hold a qualification of B.Com, B.Tech, M.Sc.(Stat), or MBA(Finance). Your primary responsibility will be to standardize and automate the management information system, including operational and financial reports, dashboards, etc. You will be required to have a deep understanding of business processes and workflows and how they relate to current and future software solutions. It will be essential for you to communicate and explain these processes effectively to the implementation team. In this role, you will collaborate closely with key stakeholders to gather necessary information for reporting on business requirements. You will also be responsible for performing quality checks on operational and financial data, identifying process gaps, and working with teams to resolve any issues that may arise. The ideal candidate would have a Bachelor's degree in B.Com, B.Tech, M.Sc.(Stat), or MBA(Finance), along with 3-6 years of experience in a data analytics role, preferably within a product-based company. You should be an expert in using tools such as Tableau, data frameworks, and have the ability to effectively manage, consolidate, and analyze data from multiple sources. Proficiency in Data Analytic tools like BW for HANA, SQL, and Microsoft Excel with knowledge of VBA will be an added advantage. It is crucial that you have the ability to prioritize competing assignments and work comfortably in a deadline-oriented environment. As a self-starter, you should be action-oriented, possess a strong sense of urgency, and demonstrate the ability to collaborate and think critically.
