Lead crafting and defining integrations for Hempel's HIL on Azure. Key Responsibilities Craft and develop integration solutions in alignment with enterprise strategies, architecture principles, and standard methodologies. Lead the definition and architecture of cloud-based integrations across internal systems and external partners. Collaborate with collaborators to capture integration requirements and translate them into scalable, secure, and reliable solutions. Architect and implement integrations using Microsoft Azure services including Logic Apps, Function Apps, Service Bus, Event Grid, and Data Flows. Apply and promote cloud-native design patterns to ensure performant, resilient, and maintainable solutions. Align solutions with the Azure Well-Architected Framework to ensure quality, reliability, and operational excellence. Ensure seamless data flow between systems, managing dependencies and system interactions. Analyse and optimize existing integrations and find opportunities for improvement. Plan and lead projects related to integration upgrades, migrations, and platform improvements. Drive the decommissioning of obsolete tools and integration components. Facilitate integration testing, handover acceptance testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT). Stay up to date with the latest trends in cloud technologies, integration platforms, and digital architecture. Provide architectural mentorship, technical documentation, and training where needed. We are looking for a passionate candidate with great communication skills: You are a passionate and proactive individual with strong communication skills and a deep understanding of enterprise integration design and cloud architecture. You enjoy bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions, and you're confident working in a fast-paced, global environment. The Main Requirements For The Role Have/are A degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. 2-5 years of experience in a relevant role such as IT Architect, IT Analyst, Consultant, or Integration Specialist. In-depth understanding of integration patterns, APIs, messaging frameworks, and middleware technologies. Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure Integration Services, including: Logic Apps, Function Apps, API Management, Service Bus, Azure Data Flows, Event Grid. Strong knowledge of cloud architecture and cloud design patterns. Working knowledge of the Azure Well-Architected Framework, including its key pillars: cost optimization, operational excellence, performance efficiency, reliability, and security. Solid knowledge of software architecture and design principles, especially in distributed systems and integration-heavy environments. Familiarity with databases, system security, and troubleshooting techniques. Strong understanding of business processes and the ability to align integration solutions accordingly. Knowledge of agile methodologies and experience working in Scrum or DevOps teams. Comfortable working with international teams across time zones. Experience with Azure DevOps, including CI/CD pipelines and automated testing, is essential. Fluent in English - both written and spoken.
