Data Extraction & Analysis Specialist

You will be responsible for assessing data availability, data quality, and data readiness for various New Business Initiatives in R&D, clinical trials, supply chain, and regulatory compliance within a leading pharmaceutical company in Europe. As a Data Extraction & Analysis Specialist, your role will involve working on multiple innovation initiatives and collaborating with Business & IT Teams to ensure data integrity, compliance, and quality standards are met. Your key responsibilities will include assessing & extracting data from multiple systems, analyzing data quality & availability for various projects, ensuring Pharma GxP Compliance, performing data cleansing & transformation, and collaborating with stakeholders in regulatory, IT, and business units. You will be expected to have expertise in Pharma GxP, strong hands-on experience with SQL, ETL tools, and cloud-based data lakes, as well as the ability to translate business requirements into data needs and assess data availability. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in Data Analysis, Data Governance, and Pharma GxP Compliance, with a focus on GMP, GCP, and GLP data management to support regulatory and compliance standards. Knowledge of regulatory frameworks such as EMA, FDA, HIPAA, and GDPR, as well as experience with AI/ML in Pharma Data Analytics, will be advantageous for this role. Strong collaboration, communication, and decision support skills will be essential for working with cross-functional teams and advising stakeholders on project feasibility.,
