As the responsible individual for ensuring the implementation as per the agreement with Brands and Markets, you will be tasked with executing cross-channel customer engagement tactics, designing and validating workflows, and creating omni-channel digital experiences across various platforms such as web, email, webinars, and CLM. Your role will involve developing and orchestrating engagement-oriented campaigns across different channels, providing recommendations on the Omnichannel workflow within Salesforce, and collaborating with the creative and production team for necessary support across all utilized channels and assets in the campaigns. Additionally, you will be required to coordinate with multiple markets to maintain localized omni-channel tactics by analyzing channel operations and engagement scores, as well as work closely with platform teams to request features, functions, and data capture to support omnichannel campaigns. Furthermore, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to support UAT and ensure testing meets BRD inputs. Your expertise in SalesForce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) will be crucial for this role, as you will need to demonstrate hands-on experience in Salesforce Omni Channel campaign workflow, along with at least 5 years of Workflow development experience in SalesForce Marketing Cloud. Experience with omnichannel campaign orchestration and UAT is also essential, and exposure to setting up Data Extension and AMPscripts in SalesForce Marketing Cloud will be advantageous. While not mandatory, familiarity with HTML, CSS skills, and a basic understanding of JavaScript are desirable for this position. Experience in designing custom objects, custom fields, picklists, workflow, approval processes, validation rules, and email generation according to application requirements will also be advantageous for this role.,
