Data Entry Specialist I

As a Data Entry Specialist I at Gaming Laboratories International (GLI) in Noida, you will be an integral part of the Quality Assurance (QA) Department. Your main responsibilities will include entering and editing complex information from various sources to support certification reports. Here's what you can expect to accomplish in this role: - Maintain knowledge of GLI products/services, database procedures, and certification letter folders. - Update jurisdictional information in the database accurately and efficiently. - Create projects in the Submissions Database based on requests from different sources. - Operate peripheral equipment and run verification programs to collect software signatures. - Process draft and secondary portal reports, closing out files for withdrawal. - Research daily database queries, correcting errors or discrepancies. - Assist in troubleshooting database-related issues using various GLI resources. - Maintain a daily log of submittal/non-submittal mail received. - Archive and retrieve media and hardware as requested. - Answer internal database-related questions as needed. - Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications required for this position include: - High School Diploma or GED equivalency is mandatory. - A minimum of 1-2 years of related experience is necessary. - Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel is required. - Ability to communicate effectively with team members both orally and in writing. - Capability to handle and organize multiple projects and deadlines. - High attention to quality, details, and correctness.
