We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Operator to enter, update, and maintain accurate data in our computer systems and databases. The ideal candidate should have good typing speed, basic computer knowledge, and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
Enter data accurately into computer systems and databases
Verify and check data for errors or inconsistencies
Update existing records as required
Maintain confidentiality of company information
Prepare and organize documents for data entry
Generate reports when required
Coordinate with team members and supervisors
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Any degree / diploma / higher secondary qualification
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word
Good typing speed and accuracy
Basic computer and internet knowledge
Attention to detail and time management skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Experience:

Experience in data entry or back-office work is an added advantage
