Job Description

Role Overview:

The Data Entry Operator will be responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining fabric stock records in the system. The role requires attention to detail, knowledge of fabric categories.

Key Responsibilities:

Enter and update fabric stock details (meterage, SKU, lot numbers, design, color, etc.) in the inventory management system.
Maintain digital and physical records of fabric purchase, issue, and return.
Record debit notes/credit notes related to fabric transactions.
Assist in fabric checking entries (shortages, damages, rewash, or repairs).
Track inward and outward stock (vendor supply vs. customer order dispatch).
Generate daily/weekly fabric stock reports for management.
Cross-verify physical fabric stock with system entries during audits.
Support the merchandising and operations team with fabric-related data.
Ensure data accuracy, confidentiality, and timely updates.

Requirements:

Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate.
Basic knowledge of fabrics, trims, or textile terminology (preferred).
Proficiency in MS Excel, data entry software, and basic computer operations.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
Good organizational and communication skills.
Ability to work in coordination with store and merchandising team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
