Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Document Validation & System Entry

Validate inward and outward documents before making system entries.
Avoid errors during system transactions.
Cross-check physical documents against system entries before final processing.
Maintain documents date-wise in serial order with proper identification.
Report immediately to the customer representative if any error occurs in system entry.

SAP Transactions & Inventory Management

Follow FIFO method before posting dispatch material in SAP.
During GRN posting, verify PO validation, schedules, and PO quantity vs. invoice quantity.
Input data accurately and efficiently into SAP.
Generate picklists, verify stock, post inventory, and record stock movements in SAP.
Ensure accurate posting of receipts, issues, returns, and adjustments in stock.
Maintain up-to-date and accurate records of stock levels.

Data Accuracy & Confidentiality

Enter data/information from source documents within set timelines.
Keep login credentials and sensitive information confidential.
Compile, verify accuracy, and sort data/information including GRN of inward shipments.
Review data for errors, correct incompatibilities, and check output.
Research and obtain missing information for incomplete documents.

Reporting & Coordination

Generate reports, store completed work in designated locations, and perform backup operations.
Prepare and maintain reports on stock levels, movements, and discrepancies.
Respond to queries and provide access to relevant files.
Coordinate daily with reporting heads and seniors regarding tasks and end-of-day outputs.
Support colleagues, vendors, suppliers, and clients by sharing procedural/documentation updates as directed by Customer/Manager.
