We are looking for a detail-oriented and organised Data Entry Operator to join Fionaa Gold Private Limited. The candidate will be responsible for entering, updating and maintaining accurate information in the company's database systems.

The role requires strong typing skills, accuracy, attention to detail and the ability to maintain data integrity and confidentiality. The selected candidate will support various projects and operational activities by ensuring that information is entered correctly, records are maintained systematically and data-related tasks are completed efficiently.

> Enter data accurately into the company's database systems.

> Ensure data integrity, accuracy and quality across all records.

> Update and maintain existing data records as required.

> Perform regular data backups to support information security.

> Assist with data cleansing, verification and validation activities.

> Generate reports and extract relevant data for analysis.

> Identify, investigate and resolve data entry errors or discrepancies.

> Review entered information to ensure completeness and accuracy.

> Maintain organised and up-to-date records within the company's systems.

> Handle sensitive company information responsibly and maintain confidentiality.

> Coordinate with team members to support data-related tasks and operational requirements.

> Complete assigned data entry tasks accurately and within specified timelines.

> Follow established data management procedures and maintain consistent work quality.

> Support other team members with data-related activities whenever required.

> Proficiency in data entry and typing.

> Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

> Basic knowledge of database systems and data management.

> Familiarity with MS Office applications, particularly Microsoft Excel.
