As a Data Entry Specialist, your role involves inputting and updating data into systems and databases from various sources such as paper documents and digital records. You are responsible for ensuring the quality, consistency, and accuracy of the data input. This includes verifying and cross-checking the data accuracy to eliminate errors or discrepancies. Adhering to company data entry procedures and maintaining compliance with data protection regulations is crucial in your day-to-day tasks. Key Responsibilities: - Perform regular data backups and quality checks to ensure security and prevent loss. - Organise and file electronic and paper records for easy retrieval. - Assist in retrieving and organising data for reports, audits, and other business requirements. - Collaborate with other teams to resolve data-related issues and enhance processes. - Generate data reports and summaries as requested by management. - Maintain data confidentiality and uphold data protection policies. Qualifications Required: - Education: Higher Secondary (12th Pass) - Location: Pimpri-Chinchwad, Maharashtra In this role, you will work full-time in a permanent position.
