Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Data Entry Executive to join our team. The role requires maintaining, updating, and managing data accurately across PartyWitty’s internal systems and platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Enter, update, and verify data in PartyWitty’s CRM and backend systems.
• Maintain accuracy, speed, and consistency while handling large volumes of information.
• Manage venue, event, and partner details to ensure updated listings.
• Organize, review, and correct errors in existing data.
• Coordinate with operations, sales, and tech teams for data requirements.
• Generate basic reports and summaries when needed.
• Ensure confidentiality and security of company and partner data.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Data Entry Operator/Executive or similar role.
• Typing speed of 30+ WPM with high accuracy.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and Google Workspace.
• Familiarity with CRM tools or database management (preferred).
• Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Minimum: 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience (Freshers with strong skills can also apply).

Contract length: 12 months

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
