The Data Entry Operator is responsible for accurate recording, entry, and maintenance of all service data generated by the Mobile Health Unit. Key tasks include entering details of beneficiaries (ANC, PNC, child health, adolescent health, and general OPD cases) into registers/computer systems, maintaining electronic databases, preparing daily/weekly/monthly reports, and supporting the team in documentation for monitoring and evaluation.
The operator will also ensure safe storage of records, timely data sharing with program managers, and confidentiality of patient information, while assisting the MHU team during outreach activities when required.
