Timings : 10am - 8pm

We are looking for a Data Entry Operator to manage, update, and verify our internal databases, spreadsheets, and employee records. In this role, you will also coordinate and follow up with employees to collect missing data, timesheets, status updates, or required documentation on a regular basis.

Key Responsibilities

• Data Entry & Management: Accurately input, update, and maintain employee records, attendance logs, performance metrics, and operational data into company databases or software.
• Employee Follow-Ups:
• Contact employees via email, phone, or messaging tools to follow up on pending timesheets, forms, reports, or missing data.
• Track and update internal follow-up logs to ensure deadlines and compliance standards are met.
• Data Verification & Quality Control: Cross-check source documents and entry logs to detect discrepancies, correct errors, and update incomplete records.
• Reporting: Generate daily, weekly, or monthly status reports and summary sheets using Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
• Record Keeping & Confidentiality: Organize digital and physical files securely while strictly maintaining the confidentiality of employee and company information.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially MS Excel/Word) and Google Workspace.
• Fast typing speed with a high degree of accuracy.
• Basic familiarity with database software, ERP, or CRM tools is a plus

Soft Skills:

• Good verbal and written communication skills for effective employee follow-ups.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• High attention to detail and a trustworthy approach to handling sensitive data.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
