Data Entry Operator cum Account Assistant

• Location: Ballard Estate, CSMT
• Employment: Full-Time
• Duration: 3 Months only
• Joining: Immediate / Within short notice preferred

Job Overview:

We are hiring a Data Entry Operator cum Account Assistant who will be responsible for accurate data entry, basic accounting support, quotation preparation, and maintaining records with a high level of accuracy and confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enter customer, vendor, and accounting data accurately within timelines
• Verify, compile, and update records in the system
• Identify and correct data errors or inconsistencies
• Prepare quotations and basic reports (MIS)
• Retrieve information from databases and electronic files as required
• Maintain proper filing, data backups, and record security
• Respond to internal queries related to data and accounts
• Follow data integrity and confidentiality policies

Skills & Requirements:

• Working knowledge or prior experience in Tally Prime
• Basic accounting and data entry skills
• Good attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and documentation
