Key Responsibilities:

Fabric Data Entry

• Enter and update fabric inventory records (fabric type, color, width, GSM, roll numbers, supplier details).
• Maintain records of fabric received (inward entries), returned, and issued to cutting.
• Track fabric shrinkage and consumption reports.
• Ensure purchase orders and GRN (Goods Receipt Notes) are properly recorded.
• Assist in stock reconciliation and generate fabric balance reports.

Cutting Data Entry

• Record cutting plans as per production orders (style number, sizes, quantity).
• Enter marker details, fabric layers, fabric used, and cutting dates.
• Track cut quantities and size-wise breakdowns.
• Update records of cut panels issued to the sewing or production line.
• Maintain cutting master reports and output summaries.

Documentation & Reporting

• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports on fabric usage and cutting output.
• Ensure all data is updated accurately in the ERP or Excel system.
• Coordinate with store, cutting, and production teams to verify data consistency.
