Job Description

Job Title: Executive – Data Entry

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry Executive to manage, update, and maintain accurate data across systems and databases. The ideal candidate should have strong typing skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle large volumes of data with accuracy and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Enter, update, and maintain accurate data in company databases, spreadsheets, and systems.
Verify and cross-check data for errors, inconsistencies, or missing information.
Perform regular data audits and ensure data integrity.
Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
Generate reports and extract data when required.
Coordinate with different departments to ensure timely collection and input of data.
Assist in preparing documentation and records as needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum qualification: Graduate / Diploma (Any stream).
Strong typing speed with high accuracy.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and basic computer applications.
Good communication skills (written & verbal).
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹14,139.65 - ₹20,000.00 per month
