Data Entry- Executive

Your responsibilities will include reviewing data for accuracy, communicating with clients to address account issues and provide customer service, and resolving any issues that arise. You will also support colleagues by answering questions about data entry processes and procedures, maintaining data integrity through secure file storage and backup, and filtering data to identify and correct code problems based on reports and performance indicators. As a data entry analyst, you will manually input text and numerical data into databases, spreadsheets, or word processing applications. It will be crucial to check for incorrect information and formatting to comply with company quality control policies and rectify any errors introduced during the data entry process. You will be expected to adhere to defined internal and external SLAs and be flexible to work in rotational shifts.
