Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Data Entry Executive to join our team in Lucknow. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing essential administrative and operational support, ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of our internal processes. This role requires strong proficiency in office software, excellent data management skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately enter data from various sources (e.g., physical documents, digital files) into designated systems and databases.
• Verify the accuracy and completeness of data before and after entry.
• Identify and correct data discrepancies and errors.
• Maintain data confidentiality and adhere to data security policies.
• Organize and file documents (physical and digital) after data entry.
• Generate basic reports and summaries as needed.
• Assist with other administrative tasks as required.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Data Entry Operator or in a similar administrative role.
• Excellent typing speed and accuracy.
• Proficient in using data entry software, spreadsheets (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets), and database systems.
• Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
