Data Entry Clerk/Administrator

ob Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Executive to manage product and order data across our ERP software, company website, and online marketplaces such as Etsy. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, updating product details, and ensuring smooth data flow for e-commerce operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enter and update product data in ERP software.
• Upload and manage product listings, descriptions, prices, and images on the company website.
• Update and maintain Etsy product listings, including bulk uploads through Excel/CSV files.
• Ensure all product details, stock levels, and pricing are accurate across platforms.
• Prepare and maintain Excel sheets for product and sales data tracking.
• Perform regular audits to check for data accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
• Coordinate with the operations and e-commerce team to ensure timely updates.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in data entry or e-commerce product management.
• Familiarity with ERP software (training can be provided if needed).
• Hands-on experience with Etsy platform and Excel (mandatory).
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word) and Google Sheets.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in jewelry or e-commerce industry.
• Knowledge of SEO-friendly product descriptions.
• Familiarity with Shopify, WooCommerce, or other e-commerce platforms (added advantage).

Salary Range:

₹10,000 – ₹18,000 per month (depending on experience)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Internship
Contract length: 15000 months

Pay: ₹13,722.82 - ₹15,000.00 per month
