Key Responsibilities: Engage with incoming leads (calls, walk-ins, online inquiries) and convert them into enrollments . Counsel students and parents about courses, programs, and career pathways. Understand students' needs, build trust , and offer the right program fit. Follow up through calls, emails, and WhatsApp for lead nurturing. Maintain accurate records on CRM systems and daily sales reports. Support in organizing seminars, webinars, and promotional events when needed. Required Skills and Profile: Excellent communication and persuasion skills . Strong follow-up discipline Smart, confident, and able to handle objections tactfully .
