Role Overview

We are looking for a Data Entry Associate to join our dynamic team on a contractual basis. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent typing speed, and proficiency in English (written and verbal). You will be responsible for analyzing and annotating interview transcripts, identifying situational and behavioral factors, and ensuring accurate and structured data entry.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and interpret interview transcripts to identify underlying contexts, emotions, and influencing factors
• Annotate transcripts with situational factors and behavioural highlights
• Ensure accurate, structured, and context-driven data entry for research purposes
• Connect conversation insights to real-life situations and factors
• Maintain consistency, accuracy, and attention to detail in all annotations

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
• Strong command of English (written and verbal)
• Excellent typing speed with high accuracy
• Sharp analytical and observational skills
• Ability to understand context, emotions, and behavioral patterns from conversations
• Proficiency in basic computer application (MS Office)
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
