Data Engineer with ML

As a Senior Data Engineer with 9 to 15 years of experience, you will be joining our team in Bangalore, Pune, or Hyderabad in a hybrid work environment. Your role will involve collaborating closely with client teams, particularly ML engineers and product owners, to design, optimize, and implement advanced data and AI solutions. Your responsibilities will include providing technical leadership to clients in the data domain, optimizing and expanding data pipelines using Apache Spark, working with client ML engineers to establish and execute MLOps and LLMOps processes, supporting Generative AI workflows, and utilizing Databricks for advanced analytics and large-scale data processing. Hands-on experience with Databricks is a mandatory requirement for this role. Additionally, you will engage with client Product Owners to determine resource needs, plan milestones, and oversee cross-stream releases. Leading and mentoring a team of data engineers to ensure high-quality project delivery and alignment with goals will also be part of your responsibilities. To be successful in this role, you should have 9 to 15 years of data engineering experience with a focus on big data technologies, expertise in building and optimizing Spark-based data pipelines, exposure to machine learning workflows and MLOps tools, and familiarity with GenAI and LLMOps. Strong stakeholder management skills, experience with Databricks, and the ability to lead teams and deliver projects in a fast-paced client-facing environment are essential. Preferred qualifications for this position include a Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, or a related field, exposure to cloud platforms like Azure, AWS, or GCP, and familiarity with tools such as MLflow, Airflow, Kubernetes, or Docker.,
