Key Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, and maintain robust ETL/ELT ingestion pipelines using SQL and
Python.• Build and optimize data workflows in Databricks for large-scale data processing.• Implement and manage data solutions on Azure, including but not limited to Azure DataLake, and Azure Data Factory.• Collaborate with data scientists, analysts, and business stakeholders to understand datarequirements.• Ensure data quality, integrity, and security across all data platforms.• Monitor and troubleshoot data pipelines and performance issues.• Document data architecture, processes, and best practices.
Required Qualifications:
• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 4+ years of experience in data engineering or similar role.• Hands-on experience on ADF, ADB and Pyspark.• Proficiency in SQL for data manipulation and querying using various tools (Jupyter,SSMS, DBEaver, etc.)• Strong programming skills in Python, especially for data processing and ingestion withAPI.• Hands-on experience with Databricks and Unity Catalog.• Solid understanding of Azure cloud services and architecture.• Experience with version control (e.g., Git) and CI/CD practices.• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
