Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Engineer with strong experience in ETL processes,

Alteryx workflows, and business logic development. The ideal candidate will be

responsible for designing, building, and optimizing data pipelines, ensuring data accuracy,

and transforming raw data into actionable insights to support business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain ETL pipelines to extract, transform, and load data

from multiple sources into data warehouses or analytical platforms.

• Create and optimize Alteryx workflows to automate data preparation, blending, and

transformation.

• Translate business requirements into effective data models and transformation logic.
• Develop and maintain business logic for reporting and analytics tools to ensure

accurate and consistent outputs.

• Collaborate with data analysts, business stakeholders, and IT teams to understand data

needs and deliver solutions.

• Monitor and troubleshoot ETL workflows, ensuring high availability and data

integrity.

• Implement data quality checks and performance optimizations.
• Ensure compliance with data governance, security, and privacy standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelors or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data

Engineering, or related field.

• 4+ years of experience in data engineering or ETL development.

• Strong hands-on experience with Alteryx Designer and server environments.

• Proficiency in SQL for querying and transforming datasets.

• Solid understanding of ETL concepts, data modeling, and business logic

development.

• Experience with data warehousing solutions (Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery, or

similar).

• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with cloud data platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Knowledge of Python, R, or other scripting languages for data automation.
• Familiarity with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Qlik).
• Experience in performance tuning for large datasets.
