Data Engineer - Snowflake

Role Overview: As an Architectural Solution Designer at Wipro Limited, your role is crucial in creating exceptional architectural solutions and providing thought leadership to enable delivery teams to deliver exceptional client engagement and satisfaction. You will be responsible for developing architectural solutions for new deals and major change requests, providing technical leadership, and ensuring the overall design assurance. Additionally, you will enable delivery teams by providing optimal delivery solutions and frameworks while also focusing on competency building, branding, team management, and team resourcing. Key Responsibilities: - Develop architectural solutions for new deals and major change requests, ensuring scalability, reliability, and manageability of systems. - Provide solutioning of RFPs from clients and ensure overall design assurance. - Analyze technology environment and client requirements to set a collaboration solution design framework. - Define current state solutions, identify improvements, options, and trade-offs to define target state solutions. - Validate solutions from a technology, cost structure, and customer differentiation perspective. - Collaborate with sales, program/project, and consulting teams to reconcile solutions to architecture. - Enable Delivery Teams by providing optimal delivery solutions and frameworks. - Build and maintain relationships with executives, technical leaders, and other stakeholders. - Manage multiple projects, report status accurately, and identify technical risks. - Recommend tools for reuse and automation for improved productivity. - Ensure architecture principles and standards are consistently applied to all projects. - Competency Building and Branding: - Ensure completion of necessary trainings and certifications. - Develop Proof of Concepts (POCs), case studies, and demos for new growth areas. - Develop Wipro's point of view on solution design and architecture through white papers and blogs. - Mentor developers, designers, and junior architects for their career development. - Team Management: - Resourcing: Anticipate new talent requirements, hire adequate resources, and manage team attrition. - Talent Management: Ensure onboarding, training, and career progression within the organization. - Performance Management: Set goals, conduct performance reviews, and drive employee engagement initiatives.
