Data Engineer

Description We are seeking a skilled Data Engineer to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data architecture, data processing, and data management. You will be responsible for building and maintaining the data infrastructure that supports our analytics and business intelligence initiatives. Responsibilities Design, construct, install, and maintain large-scale data processing systems and architecture. Develop and maintain scalable and reliable data pipelines to collect, transform, and store data. Collaborate with data scientists and analysts to improve data quality and accessibility. Implement data security measures and ensure compliance with data protection regulations. Monitor and optimize data systems to ensure high performance and availability. Work with cloud services like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud for data storage and processing solutions. Skills and Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 5-12 years of experience in data engineering or related roles. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or Scala. Strong knowledge of SQL and database management systems (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB). Experience in Data bricks, Delta Live Tables, data Migration. Experience with big data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, or Kafka. Familiarity with ETL tools and data warehousing solutions. Understanding of data modeling and data architecture principles. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) for data storage and processing. Knowledge of data governance and security best practices.
