Data Engineer

• Ensure that the Data needed for use cases developed on the Inmation Industrial Data Fabric is properly brought and stored within the solution.
• Work with the Inmation Use cases Product Owner to define needed Data for the use cases
• Set solutions to export Data from the Inmation Industrial Data Fabric to other platforms and solutions, especially Branches Data Platforms (RC DataHub, Surface Data Platform, eSpark)
• Set interfaces to import Data from other sources when needed by use cases
• Monitor data import, export and consumption with the Inmation Industrial Data Fabric
• Collaborate with TotalEnergies Inmation Industrial Data Fabric team and Aspentech contractor to gather new data from OT and implement models on the solution.
• Work with sites and users to identify data sources and inject them properly within Inmation Industrial Data Fabric.
• Work with TotalEnergies Data community on roadmaps and Data Products implementation on Data Platforms (RC DataHub, Surface Data Platform, eSpark)

Bachelor degree in E&C / Computer Science with 6-10 Years of experience in Aspentech Inmation.

Business Skills

• Oil & Gas domain knowledge (e.g., upstream/downstream operations).
• Working on relevant use cases involving new data sources and products.
• Collaborating with teams like Inmation Industrial Data Fabric team, Aspentech contractors, sites, users, and TotalEnergies Data community.

OT Skills

• Gathering new data from OT sources (e.g., DCS, PLC).
• OPC UA/DA protocols.
• Integration with systems like Honeywell, Schneider, Yokogawa, Emerson, ABB, or other PLCs.
• ISA95 standards for industrial data structures.
• PI System for real-time data management.

IT Skills

• Inmation Industrial Data Fabric solution expertise.
• LUA scripting for data engineering within Inmation.
• Azure / Databricks for IT-side interfaces and data handling.
• Cognite for digital twin integration.
• Cyber security knowledge related to data interfaces.
• Setting up solutions for data export to platforms like RC DataHub, Surface Data Platform, eSpark.
• Setting interfaces for data import from other sources.
• Monitoring data import, export, and consumption.
