Key Responsibilities

• Build data ingestion and transformation pipelines using Databricks, PySpark, Python and SQL
  
• Integrate multi-source data and prepare datasets for reporting, analytics and ML use cases
  
• Create reusable transformation components and analytical data models
  
• Implement data-quality checks, reconciliation and pipeline monitoring
  
• Optimize Spark workloads for performance, reliability and cost
  
• Apply data security, access control, lineage and documentation standards
  
• Support automated deployment and production troubleshooting
  
• Translate banking business requirements into scalable data solutions
  

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with Databricks and PySpark
  
• Proficiency in Python and SQL
  
• ETL/ELT pipelines and data lake experience
  
• Understanding of distributed processing, orchestration and performance tuning
  
• Working knowledge of banking data and metrics
  
• Strong grasp of data quality: validation, completeness, accuracy, consistency
