Data Engineer - Informatica DQ - Senior

As a Senior Data Quality Consultant at EY, you will be a key member of the Data and Analytics team, focusing on Data Engineering and Data Governance with expertise in Informatica Data Quality (IDQ). Your role will involve conducting comprehensive assessments, developing data quality policies, and implementing solutions to enhance data integrity across various domains. **Key Responsibilities:** - Conduct current state assessments of client environments for data governance and management. - Perform data quality assessments using advanced tools like Informatica Data Quality. - Develop data quality rules, define issue resolution strategies, and create policies and processes. - Design and implement data quality issue resolution strategies, including defining and implementing data quality KPIs. - Lead implementation and configuration of leading data quality tools, with a focus on Informatica Data Quality. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data quality standards are met. - Prepare and deliver presentations to stakeholders showcasing findings and recommendations. - Support business development initiatives and project delivery globally. **Qualifications Required:** - Relevant experience in Informatica Data quality or similar tools. - Strong understanding of data management, data quality, and governance principles. - Proven experience in implementing data quality rules, business glossaries, and data quality profiling. - Ability to propose technology solutions to meet business requirements. - Ability to work independently with minimal support. *Good to Have:* - Understanding of Data Management and Governance frameworks such as DAMA, CMMI, or NDMO. - Familiarity with related Data Governance and Management tools like EDC, AXON, Microsoft Purview, and Collibra.
