Data Engineer - Google Cloud Platform

You will be joining Brainwork Techno solutions Pvt. Ltd. as a GCP Data Engineer and leveraging your expertise in Data Engineering. Your responsibilities will include designing, developing, and implementing robust data pipelines using Python, SQL, BigQuery, and orchestration tools like Airflow. Your focus will be on building and optimizing data pipelines for efficient data ingestion, transformation, and loading while also automating data workflows to ensure data quality and reliability. In addition, you will be designing and building data marts to support business intelligence and reporting needs, implementing data warehousing best practices, and optimizing data models and schemas for performance and scalability. You will play a crucial role in building business-critical reports, developing data visualizations and dashboards, and collaborating with stakeholders to deliver actionable insights. Your role will also involve implementing data governance policies, ensuring data security and compliance, and managing data quality and metadata. You will participate in data migration projects, optimize GCP resources for cost efficiency and performance, and collaborate closely with business stakeholders to understand data requirements and provide effective solutions. To excel in this role, you should have a strong proficiency in BigQuery, experience with Cloud Storage, knowledge of orchestration tools like Cloud Composer (Airflow), proficiency in Python and SQL, understanding of data warehousing concepts, experience with ETL/ELT processes, and knowledge of data modeling and data quality management. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, strong communication and collaboration abilities, and the capacity to work independently in a remote environment are essential for success in this position.,
