You will collaborate with data architects, analysts, and business stakeholders to ensure seamless data integration, high-quality data delivery, and optimized performance across systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain ETL workflows using

  IBM Datastage and/or Talend

  .
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into

  scalable technical solutions

  .
• Optimize ETL job performance and troubleshoot data pipeline issues.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure

  data integrity, consistency, and governance

  .
• Perform

  data profiling, cleansing, and transformation

  tasks.
• Implement best practices for data integration,

  security, and compliance

  .
• Monitor and maintain ETL jobs for timely and accurate data availability.
  
• Create and maintain

  technical documentation

  and support production deployments.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelors/Master’s degree

  in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• Proven hands-on experience in ETL development using

  IBM Datastage and/or Talend

  .
• Strong understanding of

  data warehousing concepts, data modeling, and ETL architecture

  .
• Proficiency in

  SQL

  with experience in relational databases (Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, etc.).
• Experience in

  data quality, data profiling, and metadata management

  .
• Excellent

  analytical, problem-solving, and communication

  skills.
• Familiarity with

  cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)

  is a plus.
