Data Engineer, Analytics Enablement

Role Overview: As a manager, you will lead and direct high-priority, data-driven projects involving technical aspects of reporting and data analysis. You will manage timelines, develop project plans, and ensure high levels of technical and functional integration across agency departments. Your responsibilities include representing the data analysis team within accounts, managing client expectations, disseminating necessary information to team members, and facilitating cooperation and project efficiency. Additionally, you must interpret and communicate technical details to team members, technical IT client teams, and non-technical marketing teams. Key Responsibilities: - Plan and support the design and implementation of data centric infrastructure for the analytics environment. - Maintain in-depth knowledge of the organization's data solutions and evolve data structure for analytics. - Architect data structures for reports and dashboards, supporting internal teams and self-service infrastructure. - Assist in implementing data modeling best practices and participate in team collaboration. - Provide direction on data migration, data lineage, master data management, and data strategy. - Coordinate with other departments to enhance the overall analytics strategy. - Assist the leadership team in setting direction and identifying solutions. - Provide ongoing feedback on project status and issues to the director. - Demonstrate a hands-on, high-energy work ethic and team player attitude. - Evaluate data analytics industry trends and new technologies. - Prioritize, coordinate, and manage varying priorities in a fast-paced environment. Qualifications Required: - Demonstrated track record supporting complex technological solutions. - Ability to follow a strategic plan resulting in measurable success. - Excellent coaching and mentoring skills. - Bachelor's degree or equivalent subject matter experience. - Experience with data architecture, data modeling, and database design. - Experience with data warehouses, data marts, star and snowflake database design. - Experience with change data capture, SQL, NoSQL solutions, Alteryx Server, and Self-Service environments. - Experience in agile development environment and with Mongo DB and replication. - Computer literate and able to learn new software quickly.,
