Data Engineer Advisor

As a Data Engineer Advisor at NTT DATA in Gurgaon, Haryana (IN-HR), India, you will be responsible for providing technical support, monitoring and maintenance, incident management, documentation and reporting, as well as collaboration with cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities: - Provide L1, L2, and L3 support for software applications, troubleshoot and resolve application-related issues for end-users. - Collaborate with developers, IT teams, and external vendors to address issues and implement fixes, escalating unresolved issues when necessary. - Monitor scheduled jobs, perform routine maintenance tasks, and assist with system upgrades, patches, and migrations. - Log, track, and manage incidents and service requests via ticketing systems, following established procedures for incident escalation and resolution. - Maintain and update application documentation, create reports on system performance, and document changes, fixes, and enhancements in a knowledge base. - Work with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, participate in system testing and quality assurance activities, and assist in the development and implementation of new application modules or features. Qualifications Required: - 5+ years of experience in Informatica B2B (DX, DT), Informatica Power Center, IICS, and MS-SQL server databases. - Experience with application monitoring tools and Informatica Cloud Data Governance Catalog is preferred. - Strong analytical skills with the ability to diagnose and solve complex technical problems. - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to explain technical concepts to non-technical users. - Customer service-oriented with the ability to provide excellent service under pressure and manage competing priorities. - Knowledge of ITIL processes (incident, problem, and change management).
