You will be joining Motorola Solutions as a Backup Lead Engineer, responsible for managing and architecting a group of backup administrators and overseeing global backup and recovery operations. Your role will involve ensuring a highly available, reliable, serviceable, secure, and efficient environment for internal customers. You will serve as the subject matter expert for global backups and recovery environments, maintaining a project-oriented approach while focusing on standards, next-generation architecture, solution improvements, and cost analysis.
