We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Relationship Manager to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank. The ideal candidate will have 4 to 9 years of experience in the BFSI industry, preferably in micro finance or business development. Roles and Responsibility Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to increase business growth. Identify new business opportunities and expand existing customer relationships. Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Collaborate with internal teams to achieve business objectives and goals. Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the market. Build and maintain a strong network of contacts within the industry. Job Requirements Minimum 4 years of experience in the BFSI industry, preferably in micro finance or business development. Strong knowledge of financial products and services, including mutual funds and other investment products. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to build strong client relationships. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to analyze market trends and competitor activity. Experience working with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
