Job Description

You will be working as a Workday Data Conversion consultant for full-cycle Workday implementations at Guidehouse. Your main responsibilities will include managing build timelines, collaborating with leads and project management team on tenant management, planning and executing configuration migration using Workday toolset, serving as the primary knowledge source for converting data into WorkdayCloudHCM & Financials system, creating ETL scripts, leading data validation, assisting clients in mapping legacy data, identifying data quality issues, and communicating with project and client leadership. Additionally, you will be responsible for identifying risks, developing alternative approaches, and suggesting process improvements based on project experience. To be successful in this role, you should have at least 2 years of experience working with Workday, strong Excel skills, ETL and XML capabilities, as well as SQL experience. It would be nice to have strong reporting/analytics/BI experience and an active Workday Certification through Workday Partner.
