Reliability Engineers are the frontline personnel in IDRS, responsible for acquiring, managing, and communicating crucial data that enables effective condition monitoring and predictive maintenance. Their diligence and accuracy play a significant role in preventing equipment failures, optimizing maintenance schedules, and ensuring operational efficiency. Roles and Responsibilities: Collect data: Use sensors and tools to gather readings from equipment. Record data: Log readings with dates, times, and locations. Check data: Ensure readings are accurate and consistent. Store data: Organize and save data in the right system. Share data: Tell maintenance about unusual findings.
