This role involves both long-term and short-term travel to Chennai or other assigned cities for on-site investigations and collaborative efforts. Key Responsibilities: Failure Analysis: Investigate and analyze failures, defects, and quality issues in mobile devices and IoT solutions, including hardware and software components. Root Cause Analysis: Identify the root causes of failures and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to develop effective solutions and preventive measures. On-site Investigations: Conduct on-site investigations in Chennai or other assigned cities to gather critical data, perform hands-on testing, and work closely with local teams and partners. Data Collection: Collect and document comprehensive data, including test results, failure patterns, and other relevant information, to support analysis and reporting.
