Data Centre Operations

• DC devices mounting and demounting (Server, Switch, storage etc.)
• Maintaining daily DCO checklist for day to day operations, physical check of DC devices
• Assist technical and OEM team on hardware installation, troubleshooting and replacement
• Management port configuration (IMM, iDRAC, iLO etc.)
• Tape and other DC devices movements to be carried and prepare movement tracker
• Maintaining Visitors book review with all vendor/OSV/SCB team proper entries
• Monitoring Data Centre Environment Cleanness
• Vendor coordination and escorts them for hardware installation and replacement
• Assisting technical teams in performing TRT
• DC inventory to be maintained with accuracy.
• Basic knowledge and experience hardware Server, network, storage and backup devices
• Regularly monitoring incident calls, RMS activities
• Co-ordination with various teams during the time of BCP and DR Drill activity
• Backup & Media Management
• Batch uploads monitoring & File uploading
• Basic Windows and Linux Knowledge
• Good verbal and Written Communication
• Tickets need to be monitored at least thrice in a day
• Need to escalate to L2 and Technical team in case of any critical backup failure and any DC devices failure
• Preparing the daily status report

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹3.50 - ₹3.80 per year
